We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 7+ years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable applications, solving complex technical challenges, and working directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.

Beyond technical excellence, we're looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership, embraces Artificial Intelligence to improve software development and productivity, and enjoys collaborating across engineering, product, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.

● Architect and implement secure, high-performance backend services and modern frontend applications.

● Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions.

● Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, clarify technical questions, and propose solutions.

● Break down complex business problems into scalable software solutions.

● Identify technical debt and proactively drive improvements.

● Ensure application testability, reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.

● Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

● Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.

● Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI-assisted software development.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

● 7+ years of professional software development experience.

● Strong proficiency in one or more backend technologies:

○ .NET / C#

○ Java

○ Node.js / TypeScript

○ Python

● Experience designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

● Experience with microservices architecture.

● Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.

● Experience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and SAML.

● Experience integrating third-party APIs.

Frontend

● Strong experience in one or more frontend technologies

○ React

○ Angular

○ Vue.js

● Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

● HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

● State management libraries (Redux, Zustand, NgRx, etc.).

● Modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn).

Cloud & DevOps

● Experience with at least one major cloud platform:

○ AWS

○ Azure

○ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

● Docker and containerization.

● Kubernetes fundamentals.

● CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

● Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).

● Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

● SQL Server

● Experience designing scalable database schemas and optimizing queries.
