Buscamos Customer Support Email Analysts - Customer Support Specialists - Customer Experience Professionals. Ideal para perfiles con experiencia en atención al cliente por email, customer support, customer success, control de calidad o análisis de comunicaciones.

As a Customer Support Email Analyst, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate customer support email conversations.
  • Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, and overall quality of responses.
  • Detect opportunities for improving automated and human customer communications.
  • Document findings and provide actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate remotely to maintain quality standards and improve customer experience.
  • Contribute to AI training through communication analysis and evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing or auditing customer interactions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
